I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience with this clinic. Five months ago, I visited them for treatment of dark spots on my face. I was informed that the condition would be easy to treat, but that I would need five sessions and would be required to purchase their skincare products. Based on their assurances, I paid a substantial amount for both the sessions and the products. Throughout the treatment period, I repeatedly expressed my concern that I was not seeing any improvement. Each time, I was advised to “be patient” and to wait until I completed all five sessions. After finishing the full course of treatment, I informed them again that there was still no noticeable improvement. Instead of addressing the issue, they insisted that I must purchase an additional five sessions at the same high cost. This approach is unacceptable and feels misleading and exploitative. Their practices appear to take advantage of clients by promising results they do not deliver, and by pressuring customers into paying more money without providing any benefit. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this clinic. I don’t recommend any body deals with this clinic
