I dont wanted to give one star at all, i went to get a hydra facial that literally burnt my face. I talked with the manager who called after two days to talk about what the aesthetician has put on my face. My point is why wouldn’t you guys know about what stuffs are being used in the hydra facial in your clinic. Also the aesthetician did not tell me once about what she is putting on my face. She was quiet for the 45 mins she was giving me service. Besides, when the manager called me she told me there is no chemical used, but i insisted that maybe there was chemical components, later she mentioned they used a toner called miracle 10 which has glycolic, salicylic acid and kojic acid. I mean if you are putting a toner with so many actives you should have told the client or advised on a good after care. They dont take any liability and it happened after a day of getting the facial within 48 hrs still they think its not because of them because it didnt happen instantly. So very unprofessional and the aesthetician named Audrey is not well trained too .
