Best Spa in Barrhaven

I visited this place for the first time on my friend’s recommendation. The owner was extremely welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, my actual haircut experience was very disappointing. Despite clearly mentioning that I did not want my hair cut short, the stylist went ahead and cut it much shorter. When I expressed my concern, instead of acknowledging it, I was told my hair was “heavy” and that the style looked this way because of “baby hair” on my face. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the blow-dry was not done properly—my hair was still damp inside, which is unacceptable for a professional service. A haircut is a very personal experience and can have a big impact on how someone feels about themselves. Unfortunately, I left feeling unhappy and disappointed, as the end result did not suit my face and was far from what I had requested. I truly believe that in this profession, listening carefully to the client’s request and respecting their choices is essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
