I recently visited Vital Medical Centre for a dermatology appointment, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists made me feel at ease. They were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and had such a genuine, human touch, which really helped calm my nerves in what can be an intimidating setting. The clinic itself is spotless and very well-organized. Kathy, the manager, was also very accommodating and kind, making sure everything went smoothly from scheduling to follow-up. I saw Dr. Ghazawi, who was patient, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to listen to all my fears and concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly listens and I really felt like I was in good hands. I left feeling reassured and very grateful for the level of care I received.
