Best Skin care clinic in Ottawa

Sad to be posting this. Dr. Bernard Lalonde is a nice man, but the products are legitimately watered down and/or low quality. I saw another review stating the same when my partner and I were scouting for a regular doctor and brushed it off, but it’s unfortunately true. In my 3 years of getting forehead treatments and my partner’s 8 years of treatments for hyperhidrosis we’ve never had product that is this ineffective/doesn’t last. My partner experienced sweating within 2 months of treatment with Botox from this clinic; in her previous 8 years of treatments with Botox from other clinics it lasted for 7 to 9 months. My forehead wrinkles came back within a month or so of treatment; Botox from other clinics has always lasted 4-5 months. Both myself and my partner reached out respectfully to share the feedback and see if it was perhaps a “bad batch” and have yet to receive a callback or any offer of resolution.
