I have been a long time client of Orleans Medi Spa. Spa Director Christina and her team are outstanding, dedicated professionals who are constantly investing in their knowledge and training to bring the best in class services, products and overall client experience. The recent renovations have created an even more delightful, calming and relaxing experience. Most importantly, is the outstanding care taken during these times to ensure the overall safety of the clients and staff. It is clear no expense has been spared in cleanliness, sterilization of equipment etc. . I always look forward to my visits at Orleans Medi Spa and have never hesitated to recommend it to friends and colleagues. From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel right at home, comfortable and confident, that you will be taken care of and pampered. I just had a terrific vitamin infused facial. It exceed my expectations. The treatment room was so inviting and relaxing. Betcka explained the procedure, the products and benefits very welll. While the mask was on you also get a lovely neck and arm massage. At the end of my treatment without even asking, the team made sure I had my favourite sparkling water, a biscuit and asked me if I needed anything else! My skin is glowing and never looked better.
