Best Medical spa in Ancaster

Zena is a very UNPROFESSIONAL lady. She is very rude and has a lot of attitude I regret going to her and wasting my money. One day I show up for my appointment and she’s not there so I call her and she had forgotten my appointment and I was so nice about it and she offered me a free session bcz I drove 30 mins to her house with a toddler & my mom in the car so back and forth takes me 1 hour so she basically paid for my time & gas which was the right thing to do. Anyhow next time I booked an appointment with her on a Friday and she messages me on Wednesday to see if I could come on Thursday instead and in my head I’m thinking maybe she has an appointment that she forgot abt, or double booked me with someone else because of what happened last time so I said okay sure let me check with my mom bcz she has an appointment and see what time she’ll be done so she could babysit my son. I will attach our conversation and you could see the time I messaged her and the time she replied back. Yu could also see that I really tried my best to compensate and make this work because I didn’t want to miss the appointment I was trying to find the right time that works for my mom and Zena. (you can see in the last message I was waiting for her to confirm the timing so I could shave my entire body which takes 15mins + get myself and my son ready and drive 30 mins.. I even called her few times when I was in the shower waiting for her to confirm the time so I could start shaving and get rdy (anyone who’s done full body laser knows that shaving your entire body takes so much time that’s why I had to wait for her to reply back & when she finally messaged me back at *12:11* it was too late for me to do all the plus get to her by 1pm I would’ve been late and she would’ve been like oh I have another client at 1:30 or 2 and it would’ve all been for nothing. So after she messaged me saying “Hello Ariba how are you? I will have to cancel your free session that I gave you last time for being no show up today. I think this is fair for both of us since you took my time today and wast it”…… wow I was so hurt by her words I was speechless first of all this was such a last minute appointment and I have a toddler who I need to first find a babysitter before going to appointments like these which should be understandable so I don’t think it was my fault here and I tried my level best to compromise with here and this is how she’s going to tried her clients? This is very rude and unacceptable because how could she tell me she will cancel my free session which technically wasn’t “Free” she owed me that for not showing up at the appointment that “free session” was meant for my 1 hour of driving + my time. she’s also saying I wasted her time? and that’s the fair thing to do? I mean this is very unprofessional the fact that I tried so hard to make it to the appointment and yet after all that she messaged me saying these things really hurt me. I’ve had other situations w her where she burned me somewhere very sensitive and it was painful so I told her to be careful plz and she started blaming me saying you moved that’s y you got burned i only moved AFTER she burned me obviously nobody would stay still in that situation it’s common sense but the fact that she never takes accountability for her mistakes and just blames the customer is very unprofessional. I have 4 session left with her worth $400 and I asked her for my money back and she refused to pay me although all this was her fault so in that case she should’ve refunded me she basically stole my money because I didn’t get the services and this is really UNFAIR but Allah sees everything Zena don’t worry. Before I forgot to mention she blocked me after all this
