It was my second time to visit Hamilton branch and requested for Janelle, again to be my hair stylist. My first experience with Janelle was awesome, so I looked forward for this second time. I went there more prepared since I know which haircut and hair colour I wanted. But Janelle recommended to do highlights instead of full hair colour. I was nervous at first, because it was my first time to have highlights, but I trusted Janelle together with the instructors, who were checking the progress every now and then.. Everyone here is very friendly. 4 plus hours flew fast and it was all worth it! When it was done, I came straight to our annual holiday party at night. And everybody complimented my hair. Some of my workmates did not recognize me, because of the new gorgeous look. My family told me that I looked younger too! Thank you again for your hardwork Janelle. I wish you all the best. I am so grateful to have you as my hair stylist/consultant ‍♀️ Highly recommended!!!
