Best Beauty salon in Hamilton

Received haircut about a month ago; third time attending this place. I had very long hair, down to my lower back… I specifically asked for a small trim and clean up of edges because I was still growing it out. I left with my hair at my bust. I easily lost about 5-6″ of hair in a single “trim”. Heartbroken. During this visit, for my wash, cut and dry (no styling done or offered) my service to be completed was almost three hours long as my stylist explained numerous times that they had an error in their scheduling and she was overbooked. This was repeated loudly, numerous times throughout their salon as she guided me around for hair wash, and then to sit in the salon chair. It felt simply unprofessional. My stylist cut part my wet hair and some framing layers, then left to tend to another client for about 45 minutes. She was apologetic and it is understandable when schedules are busy, but I felt more like a burden than a welcomed and returning client. I doubt I will revisit this place again after feeling like a half-assed rushed hair cut.
