I met Chantelle last year when I was having some dry eye treatment done and she gave me IPL for my face.  She was so professional yet so bubbly and fun.  She explained the product line in detail to me but didn’t push me to buy anything ( which I did)  She followed up after the appointment to see how I was and answered some questions I had. A few months later she told me about a new treatment they had and asked if I would like to try it.  It was called Neogen.  She again explained in detail the benefits of the procedure and the before and after care. The day of the appointment she took pictures before so that we could track the progress.   During the appointment she was her usually professional and bubbly self which put me at ease.   June was there to train Chantelle and she was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect after.   Although it was slightly uncomfortable, I was just focusing on the after. During my visit I got to meet the owner Wes , he was also very professional but very easy-going and interested in how it went.  All of the staff members went above and beyond before, during and after my treatment.    Chantelle and June followed up for weeks after to make sure I was happy with the results. I was in their downtown location yesterday and Wes recognized me.  When someone who has only met you once and probably has seen hundreds of patients since,  recognizes you and remembers the treatment you had ,  to me that’s someone who cares about their business. I would 100% recommend Elevate for eyes and any of your other needs.  Especially Neogen with Chantelle as she will make the experience the best it can possibly be.
