I can’t comment on Dr Overduin’s surgical expertise but can comment on poor business practice. After waiting weeks for my appointment, I arrived at the scheduled time to find the office closed, with a voicemail message that was two weeks out of date. There was another jilted patient there at the same time with the same situation. I did leave a voicemail and have not received a response. This was inconvenient given that I had arranged to be away from work, and disappointing given the wasted weeks between referral and appointment. If you receive a referral to this clinic, I recommend asking for an alternative.
