I have visited Dr. Suprabath at AIIMS Dentistry on Sheppard a few times, and I want to share my honest personal experience. I have never felt the way I felt during my recent appointment with Dr. Suprabath. In my opinion, his behaviour was extremely disappointing and made me feel like he genuinely didn’t care about his patients. The rest of the staff at the clinic were very polite, helpful, and made me feel comfortable, but the moment my treatment with Dr. Suprabath was finished, I honestly felt that I would not want to come back here as long as Dr. Suprabath continues working at this location. The attitude and approach I experienced from him were, in my view, completely unprofessional and far below what any patient should expect. I strongly feel that if Dr. Suprabath keeps working with the same behaviour and lack of patient care that I experienced, it could eventually impact the clinic’s reputation and lead to a huge loss for the dentistry overall. This review is purely based on my personal experience, but it was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it.
