Absolutely horrible company to deal with that provides zero customer service. Too bad there’s no other options in Canada for buying Botox and they know it, so they treat their customers terribly because they can. I’ve dealt with allergan US and they were a breeze comparatively. Canadian allergan really needs to up their game and improve on basic business practices or lose customers to competitors like Galderm and Clarion which is who i will buy from in the future to avoid having to deal with them ever again.
