It may appear that this clinic knows what they’re doing, but in my experience, that was not the case. I first visited them in April 2025 and was started on a new skincare regimen along with treatment. For months, I was told the lack of results was simply a “purging phase” and that my acne would eventually settle. Despite waiting patiently, my skin only worsened over time. When I raised concerns that the products might be the issue, I felt dismissed and not properly heard or assessed. After consulting a dermatologist, I’ve since realized that the products were indeed the problem. While the clinic promotes may be tagged as acne-safe and high-end, they are not necessarily suitable for every skin type. Please make your own judgment before committing, otherwise you risk ending up like me—spending significant money with no improvement. In the end, the treatment had no effect because the daily skincare regimen was not right for my skin type.
