I booked an appointment with Angelo yesterday and did my first Cryotherapy treatment today. I’ve been wanting to do cryotherapy because I’m recovering from a motor vehicle accident that occured 3 years ago. I’ve been doing physio, massage, shockwave therapy to help treat my injuries. I decided to give cryotherapy a chance today because I read so much about it. Angelo knows what he’s talking about. He took me to different stations and explained what the machines do and how it will help with treatment. I went with the cryotherapy and Angelo walked me through it. It was a 3 minute session with liquid nitrogen. It was really cold, but very good. After 1 minute and 30 seconds I was really cold and asked to take the cover off. Right after I went to a vibration machine for 10 minutes. My knees feel great after the session. I booked another session in 2 weeks. Angelo is knowledgeable and very passionate about these treatments and I look forward to adding cryotherapy as part of my healing process from a motor vehicle accident that almost took my life.
