I unfortunately went here to get Botox in my forehead and my life is now ruined thanks to nurse Andreh Kaba. The consent form they gave me did not list many possible side effects that may occur and wasn’t even for dysport, it was for Botox, but they ended up giving me dysport which I didn’t ask for. I discovered they use the same watered down consent form for all Botox brands. They don’t care if you understand and are informed about the deadly neurotoxins they inject you with. I would later find out that the injector , Andreh Kaba, carelessly used a 3:2 ratio of dysport to Botox which is very uncommon in the industry because it lacks safety and efficacy literature to support it. This wasn’t even documented in the records, this is what the he told me. What was documented in the records is that a 1:1 ratio was used which is extremely dangerous. Nonetheless they experimented on me with this dangerous ratio. Their Botox aftercare instructions were lacking on the consent form which they did not even provide to me after leaving from injection, and they did not provide me with any pre or post care botox instructions, showing furthermore they don’t care about your safety. They did not mention to avoid heat exposure which can cause spread of the toxins. They advised me to make expressions within 1 hour after injection but other clinics advise against this. In speaking to the phony plastic surgeon there “Dr basil” he claims that they advise this because they inject differently than other clinics. When I asked the nurse Andreh about this instruction he said it doesn’t matter. Do your own research before getting Botox because it is a poorly regulated industry and all.it takes is one injection to ruin your life. I ended up developing severe tinnitus in my ears which has been ongoing for almost a 1.5 years now and the team there initially dismissed my concerns as unrelated to the dysport but would later concede that it could be related. Secondly I developed a large dent in my scalp and I now look deformed. I’m addition, I have lost all the volume in my forehead and scalp down to the bone. The team there dismissed this result as unrelated to the dysport and they’d never heard of it before. Tinnitus is actually listed in the post marketing section of the Botox product monograph and so is atrophy and denervation. I still cannot fully raise my eyebrows and my upper forehead is still frozen 1.5 years later, indicating nerve damage. Be very careful because if any complications arise with your Botox injection there is nothing they can do for you. Don’t take risk and make sure you go somewhere where safety is a priority and not money. Better yet, don’t get Botox at all, it’s just not worth it. I wish I had done more research about this topic before trusting these people with my health. Do not get Botox and especially not from here because the nurse injector is not qualified to inject. They refused to show me his qualifications. If you are thinking of getting botox, first join Botox injury support groups on Facebook and see the countless lives Botox has ruined with permanent side effects like paralysis, muscle wasting, dents, volume loss, tinnitus, autoimmune conditions. Be informed because you cannot rely on the consent forms from this filthy establishment they should be shutdown for good and thrown into n jail all of them.
