Best Dentist in Hamilton

Overall Service- is 4/5 star except for 1 dental tech (3/5 star) The front desk are friendly. Dr. Ho is nice and friendly too, very accommodating. Emma the rad tech is nice and friendly too. Adrian who did my half of the cleaning is very friendly, she’s nice and I really felt my teeth got cleaned thoroughly. She takes her time to clean my teeth. 2nd half of cleaning is with Lileth( she works in the colorful room, I assume that’s for kids), I felt she’s in a hurry. she manually just scaled my other half of the teeth whereas Adrian on the 1st day used both machine and manual. When I came in I was 5 minutes late due to something that came up, I felt that she’s in a hurry when I came she immediately asked me to sit down so we can start. she finished my teeth with polishing scaling and fluoride varnishing for only in 45 minutes. She finished 10minutes earlier for a 60minutes service only for scaling ( let’s say only 55minutes left for me because I’m late). Overall, I’m not satisfied with her service. I don’t know why she’s in a hurry, there’s no patient after me. In addition, I just observed in the mirror when I get home the difference of 2 cleaning. Adrian’s part was so clean, while Lileth part still has stain. This is a nice place but I felt like they are in a hurry especially Lileth. 2/5 for her 4/5 for the clinic. That’s why I gave 3/5 star.
