Dr. Anvari is a master of his craft and a well accomplished surgeon! (Do your research) You are in the safest hands possible! I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy in preparation for a future Duodenal Switch performed by Dr.Anvari and his team in October 2024. Going into it I had heard mixed reviews on Dr.Anvari’s “bedside manner”. My experience could not have been further from that! From the moment Dr.Anvari met me in the hallway to walk with me into the operating room he was kind and caring. He was a lovely man who brought a calming energy to a very terrified me ! He was patient and listened to everything I asked. That being said even if lets say your experience was not pleasant with Dr.Anvari’s “bedside manner” I challenge you to ask yourself, do you really care if your surgeon wants to talk about the weather and how many cats you have or do you want him to be an absolute rockstar and legendary in his field??? His fellows were exactly the same. 10/10. 5 Stars.
