First time getting a facial and Gilla did not disappoint. She is so kind and friendly, explained the process perfectly. Its always such a nice compliment when an esthetician says you have “flawless skin” – so sweet of her to say! Personally, I feel she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, recommended a treatment that better suited my skin (as I did not need really need one), made me fully relaxed, as well as gave me shoulder and neck massages – I was in pure heaven :) definitely would go back, Im sad to hear she will be retiring soon.
