This was the worst experience of my life. She gave me second degree burns when I went in for laser hair removal. Initial treatments resulted in first degree burns and when I brought it to her attention she said that it is okay and kept increasing the intensity despite knowing she was giving me first degree burns and I had to pull the plug once I got second degree burns. She didn’t even apologize or even offer a refund until I told her to. I had to chase her for months before I finally got a refund and even then she made me sign legal documentation so that I wouldn’t sue her and tried to cheat me on my refund and again I had to chase her again for a proper full refund after a very painful and traumatic experience with her And I did so by looking back on my credit card statement to find out the real amount that I had paid her. I still have scars now all over as a result of her sessions and couldn’t believed after all that she put me through (lost 1 week of income because I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t go to work) and she didn’t even advise me properly after she saw the second degree burns. The worst part was that she tried to cheat me on my refund after all that. I paid for full body hair removal and she definitely didn’t go over areas properly just did a few strokes in each area. Her machine is terrible and she doesn’t know what she is doing. She was always late and not very nice and didn’t listen to what I had to say to her. I have done laser training and I am certified and I am a physician. I recommend that you go elsewhere for your safety and well-being.
