One star really IS too much, I share the same sentiments. I’ve been debating whether or not to share but I’m tired of feeling like I shouldn’t speak up against healthcare “professionals”. It was my first (and last) time at the clinic – Dr.Dube had her hackles up right from the start, before I could even introduce myself. Her demeanour was rude, defensive, and her bedside manners were severely lacking. I felt unheard and subhuman in that room. It has been months navigating a broken healthcare system and I thought that finally seeing a gynie would help me understand what is going on with my body – I left feeling further misunderstood and none of my concerns were addressed, and in fact were chalked up to “painful periods,” which it most certainly is not (found this out later at the hospital). Spare yourself the time and emotional fortitude and DO NOT go here.
