Best Medical spa in Markham

Grace is very condescending and arrogant. I would never recommend this place to anyone! It’s a horrible establishment. She speaks over you, forces you to buy her products, makes assumptions/ judges if you can afford her services, and dismissive. She has an arrogance, lacks professionalism, knowledge, warmth and grace. I implore you to find somewhere else to go. There are many other options out there that offer the same services that make you walk away feeling good about yourself. Grace is off putting. In addition, if you’re a new client, you have to put a deposit down beforehand. Have you ever in your life gone to an health establishment or esthetician where you had to do this? It’s unheard of. That should tell you all you need to know about this place. Money grab and disgrace by Grace. We walked away almost in a daze like state – complete shock. It was just horrible. I’m so thankful that I didn’t book my whole team.
