Best Family practice physician in Ottawa

Very disappointed with the operations at this clinic. I do not have a family doctor so I called Rocket Doctor on Oct 9th for an urgent IUD removal, had the referral faxed to this clinic (I chose this clinic specifically because their website says that urgent IUD removals will get a call back within 5-7 business days). I called two weeks later for an update and left a voicemail with my information. I called back multiple times throughout the following weeks, no response or call back was ever made. A month after the initial call, I rushed to the emergency room due to severe stomach pains. I was prescribed pain medication and an urgent referral was sent out to a different clinic that called me back within two days. I now have an appointment scheduled and a path forward. This has been a very difficult month for me and I am highly disappointed with the reception at this clinic… a new system needs to be implemented, even with backlog, clients should still be given some sort of answer, even if it is that appointment times are scares, people should be made aware so that they can seek other options if needed. So unprofessional to just ignore and leave patients in the dark. I will unfortunately never be going back to this clinic nor can I recommend it.
