Came to MINDBODY wellness for many times in the past and has no problem with the massage service provided. However I went with a new person Alice this round and it felt so rushed, she’s listening to her headphone the entire time, I had to raise my voice to talk to her for any request. The whole massage felt super rushed too, she didn’t even do her full 45 minutes and left the office in a rush. Before I could even come out she’s already gone. This is definitely a very let down experience I had at this place.
