Reviews

I’m writing this review because of how badly this experience affected my wife, both physically and mentally. She went in for a facial, expecting a professional treatment, but it ended up being one of the most traumatic experiences for her. The facial broke her skin out badly, and the mask they applied ripped off a large portion of her eyebrows. It took months for her skin to heal, eyebrows to grow back and for her to regain her confidence. What’s most disappointing is how the salon handled it. They acknowledged what happened but simply offered additional treatments to “fix” the damage, as if that could undo the harm. We decided to let it go and not pursue it further, but the least we can do is share this experience so others are aware. Even though this place has many positive reviews, our experience was truly distressing, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what my wife did.
