Best Family practice physician in Nepean

My elderly mother went to the doctors office today and had a terrible experience. Please note this is not the first bad experience but rather the last straw. My mother has been a patient of dr. Sanderson guy for 25 years. The last 2 physicals she has had scheduled did not happen because both times dr. Sanderson guy did not show up. First my mother is told to go into room 3, she opens the door and there is a a male patient in there, then she was apologized to and told to go into another room. Then a nurse comes in and my mother was told to get changed (naked) and lie down under a sheet in a room. She was left alone for 55 minutes, naked and unsure what to do, until she just got changed and left. She has now missed two important appointments due to the doctor simply not showing up. The first instance the doctor did not show up due to “traffic”. I proceeded to call the doctors office and no one would answer, no one has called me back yet to apologize or explain. The appointment was at 11 am and I have not heard back today. I am very unhappy that someone would be treated so carelessly. Especially when in a vulnerable situation.
