Hopefully Seager’s staffing team has changed for the better since I went for a consultation at his office in 2014. I had a free initial consultation with Ben, who I guess is one of their sales representatives. During my meeting with him, he made me feel embarrassed for even coming in. I was looking into options for my receding hair line and during our meeting, he was immediately frustrated and rude. He mentioned that my hair loss was not nearly as bad as most other prospective patients and basically implied that I was wasting his time. Since he determined that my hair loss was still in the early stages, he recommended that I try alternative hair loss treatments first, which I at least appreciated. However, the entire experience felt very unprofessional due to his overall rude tone and the fact that he used an expletive during our meeting. He also went on to say that if I were to get a transplant at that point, that my new hairline would make me look like a girl (ha!). I was turned off from ever returning to this clinic.
