Best Medical Center in London

I’ve never written a bad review before so this was super awkward :( the office is super nice once you get there, but I must admit I am exceptionally frustrated with their administration team. I assume they’re overworked and understaffed so it’s not their FAULT but I shouldn’t have to call 9-20 times in a row just to make an appointment. :( they should have a digital calendar I can book with. They allegedly do but I’ve attempted on multiple occasions to use the system and it didn’t have any available appointments. I’m a parent with a very active toddler. I don’t have time to call my doctor’s office this many times in a row. I know it’s silly I took the time to write this review but annoyance can be quite motivating. Or heck at least let me leave a voicemail. Their voicemail literally says they’re away from their desk, be patient and try your call again later. Be patient? I was patient for calls 1-6. Call 7 made me lose my patience. Again though, this is more than likely not their fault. I’m just saying whoever has the power to make the online system work or who has the power to initiate the option to leave a voicemail and receive a call back within 48 business hours should really consider it. When I was working/pregnant I’d ask my boss to take a 15 to call my doctor and most of the time I wouldn’t get in touch with the receptionist in the entire 15min break I took and then I had to go back to work so my health took the back burner. It shouldn’t take this long. It shouldn’t be this difficult. But again, the office is great once you actually get there, so I gave them 2 stars instead of just one.
