Rating: 4/5 – Good facility and good staff, however there is a plexiglass cage that the reception staff are in, they wear masks, and the HVAC system is loud, so it’s awful trying to communicate at the desk. Ditch the mask or the fish bowl and people will have a better chance addressing their concerns with confidence….
